Now when baby M is enjoying their meals, it is full steam ahead to establishing regular three meals per day. Recipe below is normally lunch. At the lunch time I try to give her fruit or veggie puree single or mixed together, while for dinner she will have little dish that includes proteins. I always try to keep introducing different tastes.
Blueberry, Pear and Banana Puree
- One rape banana
- One rape pear
- 50g or handful of blueberries
*Makes 2-3 portions
- Wash blueberries.
- Peel and slice banana.
- Peel, core and quarter pear. Cut each quarter into 3 smaller pieces.
- Blend with food processor or hand blender until smooth.
