Blueberry, Pear and Banana Puree

Now when baby M is enjoying their meals, it is full steam ahead to establishing regular three meals per day. Recipe below is normally lunch. At the lunch time I try to give her fruit or veggie puree single or mixed together, while for dinner she will have little dish that includes proteins. I always try to keep introducing different tastes.


Blueberry, Pear and Banana Puree


  • One rape banana
  • One rape pear
  • 50g or handful of blueberries

*Makes 2-3 portions


  1. Wash blueberries.
  2. Peel and slice banana.
  3. Peel, core and quarter pear. Cut each quarter into 3 smaller pieces.
  4. Blend with food processor or hand blender until smooth.
