Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

There is nothing better than starting your mornings with healthy breakfast smoothie. Loaded with antioxidant rich berries and energy boosting seeds. This delicious blueberry smoothie bowl will carry you through until lunch time.

Ingredients

2 large bananas
100g natural yogurt
200g pomegranate seeds
150g blueberries
1 tbsp sunflower seeds

  • Preparation time:10 minutes
  • Cooking time:0 minutes
  • Makes 2-3 bowls

Method

1. Slice the bananas and put with a yogurt and ⅔ of both the pomegranate seeds and blueberries into a blender. Blend until smooth, then divide between two bowls. Decorate with the reserved fruit and seeds. Serve at once.

Ideal breakfast for all family.

    I make something similar, but I use coconut milk instead of yogurt as my oldest (7) is dairy (and gluten) sensitive.
