I’ve been in a autumn-inspired apple mood lately that demanded to be indulged. While thinking about all the delicious autumn foods I want to make, I got to thinking about one of my favorites…apple bars.
This apple bars has become my new snack food of choice the past few weeks. It’s got enough protein to actually fill me up for a little bit, and it encourages me to eat healthy apples–instead of just grabbing a handful of biscuits.
So, if you’re looking for a way to change up your afternoon snack game, or to have some fun while making those with your kids, I’ve got you covered.
