What is My Little Keepers box?
My Little Keepers box is a monthly subscription box delivering Montessori inspired toddler activities, toys and books to your door. The boxes are individually themed for example colours, farm animals, shapes and come with helpful tips to learn and have fun with your child.
Our activities are carefully picked to support toddler’s developing skills, knowledge and understanding , month by month.
The boxes have been developed by qualified Montessori teacher and supporting the national curriculum.
What is Montessori method of teaching?
Montessori is a method of education that is based on self-directed activity, hands-on learning and collaborative play. In Montessori classrooms or at home children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom/home and the trained teacher/parents offer age-appropriate activities to guide the process.
How to implement Montessori at home?
What age range are the boxes aimed at?
The boxes have been created for 18months – 4 year olds.
Can the My Little Keepers boxes be completed by a child on their own?
The boxes have been developed with the busy parent in mind. We will do all our job for you in terms of creating educative activities for your child. However adult supervision is required when opening the box and completing the activities. In our boxes we aim to include everything you need to get started. You may occasionally need things from your kitchen like a large tray, bowl, basket to keep activities inviting and accecable to your toddler.
How environmentally friendly are the My Little Keepers boxes?
We believe passionately in looking after our planet and we try and keep our boxes environmentally friendly by sourcing natural and plastic free materials and packaging where possible. 90% our packaging is recyclable. We’re always on the lookout for green and ethical wholesale craft/toy companies and for ideas to make our boxes more environmentally friendly. Ordering and Payments
How does a My Little Keepers subscription work?
The setup process is simple! Just click SUBSCRIBE from the menu and follow the on screen instructions. Once subscribed, relax and we will do the rest! Boxes are shipped at the end of each month, so you will receive your box around the 1st of the month.
How much does a box cost?
It costs £22.99 for a box. This price includes postage.
Will my subscription renew?
The default setting for our subscriptions is ‘will renew’. The default setting for gift subscriptions is ‘will not renew’. You can also choose whether or not your subscription will renew at check out.
Which box will I receive?
When you checkout, you will be able to choose whether to receive the current month’s box if it is still available to purchase, or to start with the next month’s box.
How does payment work?
We take payment in advance for our boxes. Payment for your first box will be taken when you subscribe. If your subscription is starting with the current month’s box, your payment method will next be charged at the end of the month for the next month’s box and then all subsequent payments will be on the 1st day of each month for the following month’s box. If your subscription is starting with the next month’s box, your payment method will be charged on the 1st day of each month, starting next month.
Subscriptions renew based on their original term length, for example, a renewing, 6 month, prepaid subscription will renew every 6 months.
Please note that the payment will show on your bank account under the name MYLITTLEKEEPERS which is our payment services provider.
Gifting a My Little Keepers Box
How do I give a My Little Keepers subscription as a gift?
If you would like to give a set number of My Little Keepers boxes without the subscription automatically renewing, then please choose the GIFT option. Here you can choose whether to purchase 3, 6 or 12 months of boxes to gift. You will be able to add a gift message at checkout which will be printed onto a gift tag and included in the first box.
Can I gift a one-off box?
Yes, you can order one-off box by selecting SUBSCRIBE option and then month-to-month. In the cart, tick the box that says ‘This is a gift’ and then the subscription won’t automatically renew and you will just send one box.
Postage and Shipping
Where do you ship to?
Unfortunately, we are only accepting orders for posting within the UK at the moment.
How much is postage?
Postage is FREE for all UK orders.
When will I receive my box?
We aim to post all orders for the current month’s or previous month’s boxes in 1-3 working days. All other boxes are posted at the beginning of each month. We send our UK boxes by the second class, Royal Mail.
Can I delay shipment of my order?
If you’d like to delay shipment of an order so it arrives in any other month, just pop us an email when you subscribe to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll ensure your first box is sent in the month you wish it to be sent.
My box hasn’t arrived
If you are anticipating a delivery and it hasn’t shown up as expected, don’t panic! Please let us know by emailing us email@example.com and we will investigate.
My box is damaged/missing items?
While we try our best to carefully package our boxes, we understand that sometimes an item may be missing from a box or that things may happen beyond our control during transit. If your box contents are damaged or you are missing any items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send out a replacement straight away.
Managing your subscription
How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. You’ll need to enter your email and password, which you’ll have created when you subscribed. Don’t worry if you can’t remember it, you can request a new one. If you have any problems doing it, you can always email us at email@example.com and we will cancel it for you. If you don’t want to receive your next box, you will need to cancel before our monthly rebilling date which is on the 15th of the month. You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled.
How can I cancel my subscription?

If you don’t want to receive your next box, you will need to cancel before our monthly rebilling date which is on the 15th of the month. You will always receive any boxes that you paid for before you cancelled. Prepaid subscriptions can be cancelled so that they don’t renew at the end of their plan term. Cancelling a subscription only ensures a subscription will not renew and does not cancel or refund any unshipped shipments. Please contact us if you need to cancel any shipments.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, if you’re off on holiday or you haven’t had time to get through your last box you can skip a month at any time, you just need to log into your account and there you can select to skip a month. To skip the next month’s box you will need to skip the box before the 1st of the month. If you want to skip more than a month, just pop us an email at email@example.com letting us know how many months you would like to pause your subscription for.
How can I update my address or bank details?
If you ever want to make any changes to your address or bank details you can do so here (clickable). We start processing the boxes for posting from the 22nd of the month so changes to address details ideally need to be made before then.
How do I reactivate a subscription that I had previously cancelled?
You can reactivate your subscription through your My Little Keepers account or by emailing us.
If I reactivate my subscription, which box will I receive next?
As we take payment in advance, you will receive the following month’s box. If you would prefer to receive the current month’s box and then be billed again later in the month for the following month’s box, you can just email us and let us know your preference.
What is your refund policy?
We offer refunds for any unshipped shipments. If you are requesting a refund part-way through a prepaid subscription, we will charge you for the boxes that you have already received as if you had bought your subscription on a month to month plan and refund the remainder.
We will also offer refunds on returned unopened boxes once we receive them back as long as it is within 30 days of receiving it. In this instance, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know that you will be returning the box and we will look out for it and refund you once we receive it. If the box is unopened, there is no need to pay for postage, just cross the address out and write ‘Return to sender’.
